So this is my first step into the new adult genre, and it did not disappoint! The story is more mature than some YA books that I have recently, but that is based on the ages of the characters. This way, the twenty or thirty something person with a career can actually relate to the characters. We are out of high school, my friends, and now are in the real world facing real world problems!
Kate is such a strong character! Even while trying to find her kidnapped sister, she is able to keep a level head and not fall into a million pieces (I would not be so strong in that situation). While traveling back to Seattle to search for clues in her sister's disappearance, she has a chance meeting with Ryan. Ryan is an adorable real estate agent who is a complete gentleman who offers to help Kate with her sister's investigation, with no expectations in return. So yes, he is completely swoon worthy! How can Kate not fall for Ryan, even if it is in a time of crisis.
Three Days in Seattle is a sweet love story that will warm your heart without making your blush.

This looks like a fun read. Thanks for the description of the genre, new adults. I had no idea what it meant and was thinking of new as a new kind of adult. :)
